Feeding Your Potential - Instructors

Director of Dietetics & Wellbeing

Elbha Purcell

Elbha Purcell joined Aramark in 2015, bringing over 18 years’ experience as a registered dietitian. Elbha holds memberships for the UK Health Professional Council; British Dietetic Association; the Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute; and CORU. As Director of Dietetics and Wellbeing for Northern Europe, Elbha and her team are responsible for the provision of dietetic support to all Aramark healthcare units across Ireland and the UK, along with the creation and delivery of health and wellness programmes across the region.

Senior Dietitian

Amanda Courtney

Amanda is a CORU registered dietitian with a master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics. She is a member of the Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute. Amanda joined Aramark in 2020, supporting both healthcare and Aramark Northern Europe’s health and wellbeing programme, Wellbeing in Focus.

Health and Wellbeing Manager

Maddie Trobridge

Maddie is a registered nutritionist (ANutr) and Level 2 and 3 qualified Personal Trainer, prioritising a well balanced approach to wellbeing. Maddie supports the ongoing development and delivery of Aramark's wellbeing programme, Wellbeing In Focus, ensuring there is a close collaboration with the culinary, marketing and sustainability teams throughout, creating evidence-based nutrition and wellbeing education tools across a range of business sectors.
